The Cardhu 15 is a delightful and silky whisky from the speyside with layers of toffee and and fruits. Deep old gold in appearance, this whisky has aromas of rich fruit and complex spice notes. Swiring this single malt brings out additional aromas of vanilla and tropical fruits. On the palate, the whisky is quite viscous followed by peppery and lightly charred notes. These aromas then develops to toffee and chocolate notes. With water, the whisky is less viscous and becomes a very pleasant and easy to drink whisky.
