The grapes are entirely handpicked to ensure the integrity of the fruit. The wine is made with a combination of 50% Grenache, 20% Cinsault, 20% Syrah, 10% Tibouren grape varietals. On the nose, the wine has intense aromas ranging from tangy berries to tropical fruity notes. On the palate, the wine is zesty and herbaceous.
Best served with olives or with nibbles such as tapas, dips, crackers, wasabi peas and vegetable crisps. Works well with salads like classic tomato and mozzarella or salade ni?oise. Seafood including shellfish and prawns. Pan-seared starters.
