The Glenmoragnie Lasanta begins its journey in Scotland’s tallest stills – this gives the spirit a deliciously delicate and fruity flavour. This is then matured for 12 years in bourbon and sherry casks which transforms into flavours of rich spiciness and sweetness. The whisky radiates with hints of raisins, honeycomb, and chocolate-covered hazelnuts with layers of cinnamon.
This single malt opens up with warm spicy aromas mixed with honeycomb, caramel toffee and chocolate covered raising. On the palate, flavours of orange segments, sherry-flavoured sultanas, butterscotch, and walnuts blend well to create warm spices. The whisky has a long and satisfying finish with hints of chocolate, and spiced orange.
