The Hibiki Japanese Harmony was first launched in 1989 to celebrate the 90th annniversary of the House of Suntory. The Hibiki whisky range is a harmonious blend of several grain and malt whiskies that are carefully blended to create a wonderful orchestra of flavours and aromas.
Amber in colour, the whisky has aromatic notes of lychee, rose, sandalwood with hints of rosemary. On the palate, the whisky has a honey like sweetness, candied orange peel, and white chocolate. The finish is subtle and tender with hints of mizunara.
