The Brancott Estate Sauvignon Blanc is a fantastic Sauvignon Blanc from the heart of New Zealand Marlborough Valley. The wine is predominantly has a pale straw hue with hints of green streaks. On the nose, zesty aromas jump from the glass, with highlights of pink grapefruit, melon and gooseberry. On the palate, flavours of grapefruit, honeydew melon, and passionfruit form the ripe fruit sweetness which is combined with a tight, fresh acidity making it well balanced.

Leaf removal is essential to Pinot Noir grapes as the grapes produce the best flavours when exposed to sunlight. The sheep graze on these leaves. They are much quicker than humans or machines and measure around the same height as the plants too. Shear genius (pun intended).
