The Casas Patronales Chucaro Merlot has a purplish red hue with complex aromas of dried plums, black cherry, and black pepper. On the palate, the wine is juicy and fresh with hints soft spices, and black fruits. This medium bodied wine has velvety tannins that have a nice persistent finish.
Best paired with pasta, steamed vegetables, cheese, and meats.
