The Glenfarclas 10 Year Old is matured completely in olorosso sherry casks. Vibrant and straw gold in colour, thw whisky has tempting sweet sherry aromas that combine well with delicate aromas such as subtle supeces, honey, vanilla, and pear drops. On the palate, the whisky is light and has a combination of maltiness and sherry sweetness with hints of dried fruit, cinammon, vanilla, and cloves. The finish is long, smooth, and spicy.
Overall, the whisky?has the depth and finish that you can expect of a much older dram.
