The Martell VSOP is a cognac that is unquely aged in red oak barrels. These hand selected barrels are crafted from fine grained oak, and have previously been used to age eaux-de-vie before being chosen to mature the Martell VSOP.
The cognac has a visually appealing warm copper colour with streaks of gold. Fine aromas of yellow fruit such as plum, peach, apricot, and greenage overtake the nose. On the palate – the cognac has fruity notes with hints of vanilla and soft spices. This combination makes the cognac the epitome of elegance and perfect balance.
