The Urakasumi Sake Kiippon is made from the Sasanishiki rice that is locally harvested in Japan. It is considered an excellent table rice as it has the perfect balance of acidity and umami.
The sake has a fruity scent of banana and lychee, which is well balanced by strong umami flavours and creamy notes with a persistent finish.
Best paired with grilled salty white fish, eggplant, and tempura.
