The Chateau Toutigeac Bordeux Blanc is made from a blend of 50% Sauvignon Blanc, 40% Semillion, ?and 10% Muscadelle varietals. Bright greenish colour, the wine has exotic fruit flavours with hints of minerals. The Sauvignon Blanc contributes to the fruity flavours, the Semillion brings the roundness and long finish while the Muscadelle gives out the powerful floral aromas. Overall the wine is well balanced and well rounded.
Best served with grilled fish, shelled fish, mixed salads or goat cheese.
