The Macallan Double Cask 12 Years is aged for a minimum of 12 years. A perfect marriage between 100% sherry seasoned American Oak casks and European Oak casks. Harvest sun in colour, The Macallan Double Cask 12 Years has fantastic aromas of fudge coupled with candied orange and lemon with hints of vanilla, and sweet oak. On the palate, flavours of milk chocolate raisins and creamy toffee can be identified. This is well balanced with hints of orange peel and gentle spice. The finish is medium with sweet oak.
