The Macallan Double Cask 18 Years is a distinctive single?with a sweeter, warmer taste and character. This?perfectly balanced single malt scotch whisky is matured for a minimum of 18 years in American Oak casks and European Oak casks that are both sherry seasoned.

The whisky has hues of amber honey. Aromas of dried fruit, toffee encapsulate the senses coupled with notes of candied citrus peel, ginger, and nutmeg. On the palate, The Macallan Double Cask 18 Years has flavours of raisin, dried apricot, and sultana. This is then followed by notes of treacle toffee, vanilla, ginger, toasted wood spice, and baked apple. The finish is long with warm oak and citrus hints.
